1. Who we are

Cutline operates the background-removal service at imagesbackgroundsremover.shop. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@imagesbackgroundsremover.shop.

2. Information we collect

• Account information, including your email address, encrypted password credentials, and optional Google profile name or avatar.
• Purchase and entitlement information, such as your selected plan, order status, available image credits, and credit expiry date.
• Limited technical and usage information needed to secure and operate the service, including security-verification results, request events, error codes, and basic device or network data.
• Messages you send to customer support.

3. How uploaded images are processed

Images you select are transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker to remove.bg solely to remove the background and return the result to your browser. Cutline does not save the original image or the processed result to its own database or storage. Images are not used by Cutline to train artificial-intelligence models. You should review remove.bg's privacy terms for its handling of data as an independent processing provider.

4. How we use information

We use collected information only to:

• create and secure accounts;
• provide background removal and track purchased credits;
• process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records;
• diagnose failures, protect the service, and improve reliability; and
• respond to support, privacy, and legal requests.

5. Service providers

We share only the information necessary to provide the service with Cloudflare for hosting, security, and request transit; remove.bg for background removal; Google when you choose Google sign-in; and Creem or PayPal when you choose the corresponding payment method. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Cutline does not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and security

Cutline uses essential cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security, and fraud prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile may process device and network signals to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and your choices

Account, purchase, and security records are retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet tax or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Uploaded product images are not retained by Cutline. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing us. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.

8. Children and policy changes

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
