Acceptable Use Policy

1. Sexual and exploitative content

You may not upload, submit, or process pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, NSFW, exploitative, non-consensual intimate, or otherwise sexually abusive images. Any sexual content involving, depicting, or appearing to depict a minor is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Illegal, harmful, and non-consensual content

You may not use Cutline to process:

• content that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• images of another person where you lack the required consent or lawful basis;
• harassment, threats, hateful abuse, or content intended to facilitate harm;
• stolen, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawfully obtained material; or
• content that exposes highly sensitive personal information without authorization.

3. Intellectual property

You may process only images you own or are authorized to use. You may not use Cutline to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary rights, or to create counterfeit or misleading commercial materials.

4. Product and platform integrity

Cutline does not offer face swapping, deepfakes, face manipulation, or image generation. You may not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, automate abusive access to, bypass security controls of, or distribute malware through the service. You may not resell access or use another person's account without authorization.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may block a request, limit access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant account records, and report illegal activity when reasonably necessary or required by law. To report misuse, email support@imagesbackgroundsremover.shop.
